A Will is a formal declaration by an individual directing what shall be done with property over which they have control at their death. A person can only give away property that they own when they die. Husbands and wives must each have their own will. Spouses have rights to certain portions of the estate of a spouse who dies before them. It is important to consult with Diulus law to be sure that your final wishes comply with state law.

A Trust sets up a legal entity into which property can be placed as a means of safekeeping and, in some cases, a way to reduce Inheritance tax. Diulus Law can set up all Estate Plan documents that you may require.
